This policy defines the terms and conditions of use of the website https://mti-group.pl/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and applies to all its users. Using the resources of the Site constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

The information posted on the Site does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code. All rights to the Site or its contents are reserved.   

In full respect for the right to privacy and protection of personal data of persons visiting the Website, we inform you that if you provide us with your personal data, we process them in a manner consistent with the requirements of Polish and Community law, in particular in accordance with the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard  
to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ EU L 119, p. 1) – (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”). 

Personal data of users of the Site, if such data is transferred during the use of the Service, is processed with the consent of the users and solely for the purpose for which it was collected. This data is appropriately protected against disclosure to unauthorized persons, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of the provisions on the protection of personal data, change, loss, damage or destruction. 

Furthermore, in order to ensure the implementation of your rights under the provisions of the GDPR, we hereby wish to provide you with information regarding the processing of personal data, as specified in Article 13 or 14 of the GDPR. 

The personal data of the users of the Site will be used to handle the inquiry sent by e-mail or the contact form – located in the “CONTACT” tab. The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator is art. 6 sec. 1 letter b) and f) of the GDPR. Depending on the content of the inquiry sent, the personal data of the users of the Site will be processed in order to conclude and implement a cooperation agreement or to respond to an inquiry that was consciously sent, based on the so-called legitimate interest of the Administrator. 

Your personal data may also be processed in order to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator under generally applicable provisions of law, including tax and accounting regulations – i.e. issuing an invoice and for accounting purposes. The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator will then be art. 6 sec. 1 letter c) of the GDPR. Your personal data may also be processed in order to execute a transport order, perform a forwarding contract or activities necessary to perform customs clearance, then the legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Administrator will be art. 6 sec. 1 letter b) of the GDPR. 

The exercise of the right to object to the processing of personal data may result in the Administrator being unable to answer the question asked, to execute the contract, to order transport or to issue an invoice. 

The personal data of the users of the Site will be processed for two years from the date of the end of the exchange of correspondence regarding the submitted query, unless the Administrator, based on other legal grounds, is obliged to process the data for a longer period. In the remaining scope, your personal data will be stored for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, e.g. personal data will be processed for the time necessary to perform the contract and carry out orders, as well as for the time in which it is possible to pursue claims in connection with their implementation. 

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to respond to an inquiry, execute a contract, place a transport order, perform customs clearance or issue an invoice. 

Each user of the Site, if data is transferred, has the right to view their personal data processed by MTI Group Sp. z o. o. with its registered office at ul. Czerniakowska 20/135, 00-714 Warsaw, and to change, correct, delete, limit processing, as well as the right to transfer them. Each user also has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.   

Cookie Policy 

1. When a user uses the Site, data concerning the user is automatically collected. This data includes: IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type. This data can be collected by cookies, the Google Analytics system and can be saved in server logs. 

2. Cookies referred to in point 1 are small text files sent to the computer or other end device of the user while browsing the Website. Cookies remember user preferences, which allows for improving the quality of services provided, improving search results and the accuracy of displayed information, and tracking user preferences. The user may opt out of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in the web browser they use. 

3. The user consents to the storage or access of cookies by the Service Provider by reading the message about the use of cookies during the first visit to the Website, closing the message and not changing the default settings of their web browser. The user may at any time change the way cookies are used using the browser settings installed on the user’s device. 

4. The Service Provider uses the types of cookies listed below: 

a. Essential Cookies – files that are essential to enable users to move around the Website and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the Website. 

b. Performance cookies – collect information about how users use the Website, which parts of the Website they visit most often. 

c. Functional cookies – recording choices made by users (such as user name, language or the region in which users are located). 

5. Google Analytics, referred to in point 1, is a web analytics system that provides insight into the traffic of the Website used for the purpose of conducting marketing activities. 

6. Third party social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+) may record information about the user, for example when clicking on the “Add” or “Like” button in relation to a given social networking site while on the Website. The Service Provider does not control third party sites or their activities. Information about social media sites is available on the aforementioned sites. 

Data usage 

1. Data provided by the user or collected automatically by the Service Provider is used for the following purposes: 

a. proper functioning, configuration, security and reliability of the Website, 

b. monitoring the session status, 

c. adapting the displayed information to the user’s preferences, 

d. analysis, statistics, research and auditing of Website views.
